This number has called me, literally, 10 times today. They call once, when i don't answer they call back immediately. Then they wait a couple hours and do it again. So far, 10 times today, but it's 6:30 so i may get more.

This person calls my cell a LOT! I'm also getting some other calls too. Sure wish I knew how the heck they got my cell#. Grr!

They called several times on same day; they left no messages. If address is Florida- that is where several internet scam companies operate from and they may be looking to harass you.

They have called me multiple times but leave no voicemail. The number is not from the area code that I currently live in.

These people call and hang up when we answer the phone and also call and do not leave messages on a daily basis.

Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. Heavily far east asian (China maybe) accented lady called stating she wanted to give me information about an upcoming lawsuit I had. I called her back and she claimed there is a lawsuit against me for an unpaid payday loan in the amount of $743. The payday loan she said was from Insta Cash or Instant Cash and she had all of my information. I tried to find out when this loan was supposedly taken and she wouldn't give me that info. She didn't ask me to pay she just asked to speak to my attorney and read me an affidavit. I asked where she is located and she said Albany Dr in Deltona Fl. I reminded her that the area code of her phone number was in Pittsburgh, PA area and she glossed over that. I also spoke to a Daniel Andrews and he said that I should expect to see someone show up at my house or job tomorrow with a court summons. I just told him I couldn't wait.
